Job Title : Recruitment Executive – Manufacturing Hiring (RPO Setup)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Executive with hands-on experience in Manufacturing recruitment and exposure to RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environments . The role involves managing end-to-end hiring cycles, working closely with client stakeholders, and delivering high-quality talent within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles.

2. Handle volume hiring & niche positions for plant / manufacturing environments.

3. Work within an RPO setup with clear adherence to client processes, SLAs, and reporting formats.

4. Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and plant leadership to understand job requirements.

5. Source candidates through portals, databases, references, headhunting, and social media platforms.

6. Screen, assess, shortlist, and schedule interviews.

7. Manage candidate communications and ensure superior candidate experience.

8. Track and maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and daily / weekly reports.

9. Handle offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and follow-ups.

10. Maintain compliance with organizational and client hiring guidelines.

Skills & Competencies

1. Strong understanding of manufacturing / plant-side roles and hiring dynamics.

2. Experience working in an RPO client environment (mandatory).

3. Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management capabilities.

4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to handle high-volume hiring with tight timelines.

6. Proficiency in MS Office, ATS / CRM tools, and recruitment portals.

Qualifications

1. Graduate / PG in HR or related field.

2. 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with mandatory exposure to manufacturing hiring and RPO operations .
