Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Executive located in Pune. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for developing job descriptions, interviewing, hiring, and recruiting candidates. The individual will also maintain clear and effective communication with candidates and the hiring team, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

• Experience in Recruiting
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
