Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive HR Executive to join our Pune team. This role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, attendance management, and coordination across internal teams.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in Zoho HR systems, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be comfortable handling time-sensitive tasks independently in a night-shift environment supporting global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete onboarding processes : documentation, profile creation, induction setup, and verification workflows
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Handle attendance monitoring, leave management, shift schedules, and HRIS updates (Zoho People or similar tools)
- Support HR compliance, including audits, policy documentation, and record maintenance
- Coordinate with internal teams and leadership for HR-related data, requests, and employee engagement activities
- Assist in grievance handling, query resolution, and follow-up on escalations
- Prepare HR reports, MIS dashboards, tracking sheets, and analytics
- Ensure strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
- Contribute to improving HR processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
