Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting / Onboarding, Compensation, US Payroll, Benefits, and Absence.
- Perform end-to-end, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Validate Workday configurations, business processes, and integrations to ensure data integrity and system accuracy.
- Manage and prepare data staging environments to support testing activities, including loading, transforming, and validating test data.
- Coordinate with data teams to ensure accurate and secure handling of sensitive data during test cycles.
- Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools, working closely with developers and analysts to resolve issues.
- Support Workday release management by testing new features and updates in sandbox environments prior to production deployment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test results, test coverage, and testing metrics for audit and compliance purposes.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.
