Your Role And Responsibilities

Performs day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service line(s) / country(ies), while also managing complex and escalated tasks. They ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. They also support the globally set standards for HR operations and ensure that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office / hub adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

The work model for the role is : Li-Onsite

This role is contributing to the ABB India -Bangalore, Location.

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Workday Reporting & Prism Skills : Over 5 years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports, Dashboards, and Prism solutions with a focus on data accuracy and performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Custom Solutions : Work closely with stakeholders to gather complex reporting requirements and deliver tailored, effective reports that meet business needs.
• Training, Support & Governance : Provide training and ongoing support for Workday reporting, collaborate with HR, Security, and Data Governance teams to ensure compliance and data transparency.
• Release Testing & Technical Proficiency : Manage Workday release testing related to reporting and Prism, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of data modeling, APIs, and architecture to maintain secure and robust reporting systems.
