Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently
- Triage and respond to emails and messages, including LinkedIn, on behalf of the CEO
- Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track follow-ups
- Support and monitor the planning and execution of key strategic projects to ensure timely delivery
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as the key liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, investors, and external stakeholders, including coordination for events, conferences, and partnerships
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents; conduct research and provide analysis to support decision-making
- Manage occasional personal tasks such as scheduling personal appointments and coordinating with household staff

Proven expertise in office management tools and proficiency in MS Office applicationsExpert in English communication, both written and verbalEducation & Qualification :
Bachelor's or Master's in any field3 to 10 years' experience
