KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness Oversight
- Maintain daily cleanliness and organisation.
- Supervise housekeeping.
2. Inventory & Restocking
Track and restock pantry, stationery, cleaning items, and supplies.3. Client & Visitor Preparation
Prepare meeting rooms, refreshments, and demo areas.Support HR during interviews and events.4. Bills, Vendor Coordination & Admin Support
Handle courier dispatches, vendor visits, petty cash, bills, service schedules.Maintain admin logs and coordinate repairs.5. Errands & Runner Tasks
Handle bank runs, courier drops, pickups, and miscellaneous tasks.Complete tasks without considering any work small.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
1–2 years admin or facility experience.Strong organisation and ownership.Comfortable with errands and hands-on work.Basic computer skills and professional communication.
