Job Summary
The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office. This includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining a professional and organized work environment. The role often requires fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
Key Responsibilities
Task will include but not be limited to :
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Manage office / pantry / breakroom supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Organize internal events and team activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Oversee office maintenance and liaise with building management.
- Staff Fleet / Transport management
Qualifications
Should be graduateMinimum 3 years of administrative experience.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, HindiProficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.Ready to work in shiftsPreferred Skills
Experience in Office Administration, Vendor knowledge, basic finance, local statutory requirements legal & basic IT set-up ( Printer setup, VC set-up).Familiarity with local labor and other basic statutory lawsAdditional Skills (Optional)
