Job Summary :

The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations of the college, ensuring smooth functioning of office activities, and supporting faculty, staff, and students with administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage front office operations including handling calls, correspondence, and visitor management.
• Maintain student records, staff files, and official documents.
• Coordinate administrative support for academic and non-academic departments.
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, circulars, and official communications.
• Assist in scheduling classes, examinations, and events as directed.
• Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure.
• Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government bodies when required.
• Support admission processes, fee collection, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide assistance in HR-related activities like attendance, leave management, and onboarding.
