Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Sous Chef located in Hyderabad. The Sr. Sous Chef will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, creating and updating menus, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Sr. Sous Chef will also be responsible for ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization. Additionally, the Sr. Sous Chef will work closely with the head chef to develop new dishes and optimize the kitchen workflow.
