Encalm Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (EHPL) aims to develop one of the most admired airport hospitality experiences in India, constantly bringing value and convenience to guests and customers during their travel through Indian airports. EHPL seeks to seamlessly integrate technology platforms to provide a wholesome experience to air travelers, including airport concierge, limousine services, shopping, and hotel stays.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Sous Chef located in Hyderabad. The Sr. Sous Chef will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, creating and updating menus, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Sr. Sous Chef will also be responsible for ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization. Additionally, the Sr. Sous Chef will work closely with the head chef to develop new dishes and optimize the kitchen workflow.

Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills and experience in preparing diverse cuisines
  • Leadership skills to manage a kitchen team effectively
  • Ability to create and update menus considering customer preferences and dietary requirements
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and maintaining kitchen hygiene
  • Inventory management and ordering supplies experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
