Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sous Chef at The Altruist Hotels located in Hyderabad. The Junior Sous Chef will assist in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus, produce high quality plates both in design and taste, assist with menu planning, stock control, and sanitation. The role involves supervising kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with the executive chef and other team members to deliver superior culinary experiences.
