Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Continental Chef located in Hyderabad. The Continental Chef will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of continental dishes, creating menus, managing kitchen inventory, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. The chef will work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service, as well as adhere to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in preparing Continental dishes and creating menus
• Experience in managing kitchen inventory and ensuring food quality
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage kitchen staff
• Creative skills to develop new recipes and enhance menu offerings
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
