What You'll Do
- Conduct market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities
- Understand each client's brand, audience, and industry inside out
- Develop creative campaign ideas that drive awareness and engagement
- Build marketing and content strategies for social media and digital campaigns
- Write briefs for designers and video editors with clear direction and creative intent
- Review visuals and videos to ensure design, storytelling, and tone stay on-brand
- Collaborate closely with the video production team, understand production, pacing, and story flow to align edits with campaign goals
- Track campaign performance and analyse insights to improve future results
- Stay ahead of design, marketing, and video trends to keep ideas fresh
Who You Are
2–4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or creative strategy (agency experience preferred)Deep curiosity about why people buy and how brands growStrong in research, storytelling, and creative problem-solvingExcellent English communication and presentation skillsFamiliar with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Trends and other similar tools.Understands the basics of design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva) to guide creative teams effectivelyExcited to work across industries — from jewellery to automotive and lifestyle brandsHow to Apply
