GrowExx is seeking a Content Strategist, who can write clear and concise copy for ads, publications, and websites, and offer content solutions into action whilst working in a team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across digital platforms.
  • Drive lead generation by crafting and executing high-impact content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and integrate effective calls to action (CTAs) to maximize content performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand voice.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, engaging content.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Coordinate the creation of blogs, case studies, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure content is SEO-optimized and adheres to best practices in digital marketing.
  • Oversee copywriting for websites, landing pages, and paid campaigns.
  • To be responsible for brands communication on various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn And managing online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, building the online community.
  • Maintain writing guidelines and best practices to guide the creation of quality communications.
  • Identify and articulate ideas on thought leadership and work with business owners to develop materials including whitepapers, research reports, presentations and case studies.
  • Work with design team for layout / design of content as and when required.

  • Strong understanding of content marketing, branding, and SEO.

  • Conversant with SEO related content requirements.
  • Good computer skills + Internet savvy and ability to use web research for content generation.
  • Multitasking abilities.
  • Good coordination skills.

    • Education and Experience :

  • Bachelors or master's degree in marketing, English, journalism or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ Years' experience as a Content Writer in IT Industry.
  • Analytical and Personal skills.
  • Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and extrovert.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Openness to learn new search engine optimization concepts.
  • Attention to details.
  • Take own initiatives to achieve own goals.
