- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented approach, with a focus on documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Linux Administrator, at least 3 years of experience. Basic knowledge on Security, backups and recovery tools and processes, Client Service, Antivirus, Network.
- 3-5 years of experience in supporting users through phone / remote session.
- Portuguese and Spanish proficiency.
