We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our Agency Channel in the Life Insurance Company @ Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective management of agents, developing new business strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Experience - 0 to 10 Years in Sales

Salary - 3 to 4.2 Lakh pa + Incentive+1 Lakh Stipend

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agency channel targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents to ensure targets are met.
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
• Build strong relationships with agents and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
