Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and growth-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by engaging with parents, understanding their needs, and articulating the value of our unique educational approach. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in telesales, a passion for education, and the drive to exceed targets in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement : Connect with prospective parents through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to introduce them to uppseekers' programs.
- Consultative Selling : Act as an educational consultant by understanding the specific needs and aspirations parents have for their children and recommending the most suitable courses.
- Product Expertise : Develop a deep understanding of our curriculum, project-based learning methodology, and the benefits of each course.
- Sales Conversion : Conduct compelling online presentations and counseling sessions to guide parents through the enrollment process and successfully convert leads into customers.
- Achieve Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- CRM Management : Meticulously maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with all lead interactions and sales activities.
- Feedback Loop : Gather feedback from parents and share insights with the marketing and product teams to help enhance our offerings and customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience : 1-2 years of proven experience in a telesales, inside sales, or business development role. Experience in the EdTech sector is a strong plus.Education : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline is required.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.Sales Acumen : Strong phone presence with a natural ability to build rapport and trust. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.Self-Motivation : A highly disciplined and results-driven individual who can work effectively and independently in a remote setting.Tech-Savvy : Proficient with CRM software and standard office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).Mindset : A genuine passion for education and a strong belief in the power of practical, skill-based learning.What We Offer
