Key Responsibilities
- Primary Point of Contact
- Serve as the single point of contact between the Supply Chain and Customer Project Manager (CPM) for delivery-related communications, especially in scenarios where no Implementation Coordinator is assigned.
- Order Status Management
- Maintain up-to-date and proactive communication on order status , ensuring all stakeholders are informed of any changes, delays, or updates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Supply Chain teams and Customer Project Managers to ensure seamless coordination and successful execution of project deliverables.
- Issue Resolution
- Identify and resolve issues related to delivery schedules, logistics, or coordination bottlenecks that may affect project timelines.
- Customer Communication
- Keep customers informed through timely updates on their orders, enhancing transparency and satisfaction.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Support reporting activities related to order tracking, delivery status, and coordination efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management , or a related field preferred.1–4 years of experience in supply chain coordination , project coordination , or logistics management .Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.); ERP or order management tools knowledge is a plus.Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to coordination challenges.Skills Required
