Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Manager - Lastmile, based in Chennai. The Delivery Manager will oversee the last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers. This role involves coordinating with the delivery team, managing logistics, monitoring performance, and resolving any delivery-related issues. The Delivery Manager will also be responsible for improving delivery processes, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and last-mile delivery operations
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using delivery management and logistics software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
