Job Summary :

Overseeing the seamless execution and functioning of HR operations ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to optimize day-to-day HR operations including payroll employee data management HRIS Compliance while driving continuous improvement across all HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic HR Operations Management :

• Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations ensuring efficient workflow in areas such as recruitment coordination onboarding offboarding and HR administration.
• Drive HR operational excellence by identifying and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage the employee life cycle processes from onboarding to exit and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for HR operational queries providing efficient issue resolution.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR operations with business goals and growth objectives.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Required Skills & Qualifications : Education : Master s degree in human resources or related field. Experience : Minimum of 8 12 years of experience in HR Operations roles. Technical Skills : Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably Zoho People) and advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge : Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices in HR operations. Analytical Skills : Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Problem Solving : Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues

Education

Master s degree in human resources or related field.
