Job descriptionExperience : 3-6 years in builder-facing sales onboarding roles within Mandate firms, CP firms, or IPC. Builder Connects : Ability to connect and establish meetings with 300 builders in Pune over the span of 1 year. Mandate Pitching : Experience in explaining mandate pitches, pricing grids, and exclusivity models. Languages : Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Skills : Basic PowerPoint proficiency, CRM usage, and WhatsApp Business handling.
Job Description :
- Developer Outreach & Field Meetings : Conduct regular outreach and in-person meetings with builders to present mandate opportunities.
- Mandate Pitching & Conversions : Pitch mandates to potential builders and convert opportunities into agreements.
- Relationship Building : Foster strong, long-term relationships with builders, clients, and partners.
- CRM & Follow-up Discipline : Maintain detailed records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Referral Network (CPs, Architects, Ex-Builders) : Leverage your network and collaborate with channel partners (CPs), architects, and ex-builders for referrals.
