Job description0–2 years experience in digital marketing / e-commerce preferred. Strong analytical skills & comfort with numbers and Excel / Sheets. Understanding of marketplace advertising & performance marketing basics. Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn and take ownership. Prior exposure / experience in digital marketing in a D2C company preferable Fast learning curve, real ownership from Day 1. Work with experienced growth leaders. Exposure to performance & growth strategies at scale.
Digital Marketing Executive
Location : Bengaluru | Experience : 0–2 years | CTC : ₹4.5–6 LPA
Reports to : Marketplace Marketing Lead
About the Role
DaMENSCH is looking for a sharp and driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage performance marketing across online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.) and support growth initiatives. The role is ideal for someone who loves data, performance numbers, and fast-paced execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage paid campaigns on key marketplace platforms.
- Track and optimize performance metrics (ROAS, ACoS, CTR, CPC, conversions).
- Monitor listings, ratings, reviews, competition trends and promotional events.
- Work with internal teams for catalog, design & campaign execution.
- Build reports, insights and weekly performance dashboards.
