The role involves driving revenue growth, strategic sales planning, and team leadership across residential and commercial verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall sales operations and strategy to achieve business targets.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring performance excellence and accountability.
- Develop sales plans, pricing strategies, and channel partner networks .
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for end-to-end customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and drive new business opportunities.
Requirements :
6+ years of experience in real estate sales leadership .Proven track record in achieving high-value sales and managing large teams.Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.Skills Required
