About the Role
We're looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Head who understands how to build meaningful business conversations on LinkedIn. You'll lead outreach operations, manage tools like Sales Navigator, maintain CRM pipelines, and experiment with messaging strategies to improve response rates.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end LinkedIn outreach campaigns for multiple clients.
- Use Sales Navigator to identify and segment ideal prospects.
- Build and maintain a structured CRM system for outbound tracking.
- Create, test, and refine message templates to increase conversions.
- Understand each client's offer and positioning to set up outreach for success.
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering to automate outreach and personalization.
- Report performance metrics and suggest continuous improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach or outbound lead generation.Strong understanding of Sales Navigator , CRM tools, and outbound workflows.Basic knowledge of AI tools and automation (ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, etc.).Ability to think strategically and tailor outreach based on client goals.Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.Nice to Have
Experience as a content writer for cold outreach or LinkedIn posts.Prior experience in managing or leading a small outreach or sales team.Perks
