Role Overview :
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Head to lead SEPL’s business growth across India. The role demands a mix of strategy, leadership, and execution excellence — building and managing a strong team, ensuring consistent order inflow, and driving sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
Achieve annual and monthly revenue targets across all verticals (Electrical, Fire, HVAC, Solar).
Build and manage a PAN India sales team, ensuring performance through Zoho CRM.
Develop new business with consultants, architects, builders, and corporate clients.
Identify and participate in tenders, negotiate profitable contracts, and ensure closure.
Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, exhibitions, and lead generation activities.
Maintain 25%+ gross profit margin and ensure 95% collection within credit period.
Conduct weekly funnel reviews and submit sales forecasts to management.
Build strong client relationships ensuring 30% business from repeat customers.
Key Result Areas (KRA) :
Revenue Achievement : 100% of sales target
Lead Conversion : Minimum 25% qualified-to-order ratio
Client Retention : 30% of annual revenue from existing clients
Team Productivity : 90% task completion via Zoho CRM
Gross Profit : Maintain 25%+ per project
Collection : 95%+ within credit period
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) :
₹10 Cr+ monthly order booking
4+ new client acquisitions per month
≥25% proposal-to-closure ratio
≥₹1.5 Cr average order size
8+ tender submissions monthly
9 / 10+ client satisfaction rating
Required Skills & Experience :
14+ years of experience in MEPF / EPC / Fire / Electrical contracting .
Proven track record of achieving ₹50–100 Cr annual targets.
Strong network with consultants, architects, and government agencies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and project-based B2B sales.
Qualification : B.E / B.Tech (Electrical or Mechanical) ; MBA preferred.
