The VP – Data Analytics will be responsible for building a unified view of business performance across all departments, creating compelling data stories, and enabling leadership to make better, faster, and more informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities : -
Analytics & Reporting
- Own the company-wide analytics framework, ensuring visibility into KPIs across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product, Operations).
- Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and scorecards that clearly show where each department stands against goals and benchmarks.
- Ensure reporting consistency, accuracy, and timeliness for leadership reviews.
Storytelling & Insights :
Translate data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for leadership.Build narratives that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.Provide forward-looking analysis to help shape business strategies.Cross-Functional Engagement : -
Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into analytics needs.Standardize KPIs and definitions across the organization for alignment.Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, helping guide strategic and operational decisions.Team Leadership : -
Lead and mentor a team of analysts and BI professionals.Drive adoption of modern BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).Build scalable processes and governance for enterprise reporting.Qualifications & Experience : -
15+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of building enterprise dashboards, performance reporting systems, and executive-level presentations.Strong expertise in data visualization tools and KPI frameworks.Excellent communication and storytelling skills — ability to simplify complex data into executive-ready insights.Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional decisions.Solid understanding of business processes across multiple functions (sales, finance, operations, etc.).
