About the Mission :

Young 20-somethings in India, the future of our country, are more disconnected than ever. As cities urbanize, we spend more time indoors, more time online, and less time meaningfully connecting. Even the most tender human experiences : dating, friendship, collaboration, increasingly begin behind screens.

We want to change that. We're building a platform and movement for young Indians to reconnect in real life again : to read books together, debate politics, brainstorm startups, flirt, volunteer, run, play games, or just find genuine community in whichever way they like.

The format will evolve over time, but the mission is clear : help young Indians reconnect with each other : meaningfully, and offline.

Your Role :

As Finance & Operations Co-Founder, you will lead the financial strategy, fundraising, and operational scale-up of our platform. You'll ensure we have the resources, systems, and processes to grow sustainably from Day 1.

1) Finance & Fundraising :

• Build and manage financial models (unit economics, CAC / LTV, marketplace liquidity).
• Lead fundraising : prepare investor materials, prepare pitch decks, manage financial modelling and investor relations.
• Build robust financial systems : accounting, compliance, reporting, unit economics, CAC / LTV analysis.
• Oversee compliance, accounting, and corporate governance.
