Role Overview
We are seeking a
Co-Founder & Partner
to head the
overall operations of ExoTalent across India, the Middle East, and new global markets . This is a
strategic investor–co-founder opportunity
with
equity + revenue share , suited for a proven leader who has built and scaled recruitment businesses, and is ready to co-own growth in a high-potential talent-tech venture.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & P&L :
Own and drive end-to-end P&L for ExoTalent across India, Middle East, and international markets.
Operations Management :
Lead large-scale RPO delivery teams, ensuring speed, quality, and client satisfaction.
Growth & Expansion :
Scale ExoTalent’s presence in the Middle East and other new geographies; build deep client relationships with CHROs, CEOs, and boards.
AI-Driven Transformation :
Collaborate with the CTO and analytics team to integrate AI-led hiring, mapping, and automation solutions into client delivery.
Investor Role :
Invest in the business as an equity partner, with returns through equity value creation and revenue share.
Leadership Building :
Mentor and scale delivery, sales, and client success teams across geographies.
Strategic Partnerships :
Drive alliances with global and regional enterprises, expanding ExoTalent’s reach and market share.
Who You Are
