We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Talent Executive / HR Senior Manager (HR Recruiter) to join KVC Consultants Ltd. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Your expertise will be crucial in building a strong employer brand, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and update comprehensive job descriptions to accurately reflect role requirements.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels, including social media and professional platforms like Naukri.
- Craft compelling recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms thoroughly to identify qualified applicants.
- Conduct interviews with candidates via phone and video to assess their suitability.
- Provide concise shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Send job offer emails and address any queries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire, to optimize recruitment processes.
- Collaborate effectively with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Act as a consultant to new hires, providing support and guidance during their onboarding process.
- Source candidates as per the directions of clients.
Skills Requirement :
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.Experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews.Ability to source candidates effectively from online channels and professional platforms.Strong understanding of compensation and benefits.Familiarity with HR metrics and the ability to monitor them.Strong collaboration skills to work with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.Ability to work with extreme dedication and meet recruitment targets.QUALIFICATION :
