Location : Sector 70, Noida

Work Type : On-site (Full-time)

Salary Range : As per Market Standards

Experience : 2–5 years in D2C / E-commerce / Creative or Agency setup

DIRTS is a fast-growing D2C wellness and lifestyle brand under Apex Advertisers , known for creating innovative, non-invasive products that help people live pain-free and active lives.

We’re a small but powerful team of creative, marketing, and operations professionals — and we’re looking for someone who can build and scale our people system from the ground up.

Role Overview

We’re not looking for a traditional HR.

We’re looking for a People & Talent Manager who can take ownership of :

  • Building a high-performing team across creative, marketing, and operations
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment using modern sourcing tools
  • Setting up onboarding, retention, and performance structures
  • Managing the company’s LinkedIn presence to grow our employer brand

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution .

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Source and hire across creative, marketing, and operational roles
  • Use multiple channels : LinkedIn, X , WhatsApp groups, referrals, AngelList, Internshala
  • Create hiring trackers, screening forms, and structured interview flows
  • Maintain candidate databases and coordinate tasks / interview rounds.
  • 2. HR Operations & Onboarding

  • Create offer letters, onboarding kits, and employee documentation
  • Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and probation tracking
  • Set up and manage company policies and retention initiatives
  • 3. Culture & Engagement

  • Conduct 1 : 1 feedback sessions, performance reviews, and team check-ins
  • Plan engagement and recognition activities to keep morale high
  • Support conflict resolution and performance improvement discussions
  • 4. LinkedIn & Employer Branding

  • Maintain and grow the DIRTS LinkedIn Page — share updates, hiring posts, and brand stories
  • Build a strong employer identity that attracts top creative talent
  • 5. Systems & Tools

  • Use ClickUp for project and task management
  • Coordinate internal communication via Slack
  • Keep HR databases and hiring dashboards organized on Google Sheets
  • Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR / Talent / People Ops within D2C, startup, or agency ecosystems
  • Understands the mindset of creative and performance marketing roles
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Organized, proactive, and great at multi-tasking
  • Comfortable using digital tools (ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Able to take ownership and build HR systems independently
