About the Role :

We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic professional to drive our end-to-end

content acquisition strategy , from identifying partnerships to negotiating rights and maximizing content value across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the

content acquisition plan

to meet business and revenue goals.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with

content partners

to secure digital distribution rights.

Stay ahead of

industry trends , audience behavior, and emerging platforms to guide acquisition decisions.

Manage and nurture

relationships with content owners, creators, and partners , ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Work closely with

product, marketing, legal, finance, and operations

to align strategies and deliver seamless execution.

Lead and mentor the content acquisition team, fostering collaboration, excellence, and innovation.

Identify

upselling and cross-selling opportunities

to maximize revenue potential.

Analyze content performance and audience insights to identify

portfolio gaps and new opportunities .

Requirements :

7–8 years of experience in

content acquisition, licensing, or partnerships

within digital media or entertainment.

Deep understanding of

industry dynamics, trends, and digital platforms.

Proven success in

licensing negotiations and client relationship management.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
