Job description

We are looking for a Content, Web & Operations Assistant to build the foundation of our online sales operation (Amazon + Website).

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Configure tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) with key events : page_view, view_content, add_to_cart, purchase, generate_lead.
  • Upload and optimize the product catalog (website + Amazon). Use Flat Files if the volume exceeds 15–20 variations.
  • Amazon SEO : search-oriented titles, benefit-driven bullets, clean backend keywords (no duplicates).
  • Basic technical optimization : image compression and performance (page weight
  • Short-form content production : 8–10 videos / week (TikTok / Reels).
  • Development of the “Luxury Events in Catalonia” microsite (architecture, initial copy, basic local SEO).
  • Creation of 5 operational SOPs.
  • Weekly reporting : orders per channel, revenue, AOV, web conversion rate, % of catalog published, event leads, and content backlog

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central (listings + backend keywords).
  • Operational command of GA4 and Meta / TikTok pixels.
  • Ability to perform simple short-form video editing (CapCut or similar).
  • Strong organization and documentation discipline.
  • Fluent English

    • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements :

  • Internet Connection :
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of  15 Mbps .
  • Backup internet connection with at least  10 Mbps .
  • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device :
  • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least :
  • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) ,  Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) ,  AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor.
  • A minimum of  8 GB RAM .
  • Backup Device :
  • Must meet or exceed the performance of an  Intel Core i3  processor.
  • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • A functioning  webcam .
  • A  noise-canceling USB headset .
  • A  quiet, dedicated home office space .
  • Peripherals and Workspace :  A  smartphone  for communication and verification purposes.
