Job Summary :
The Lead Generation Team is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business leads. The role involves researching target markets, connecting with prospects through various channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.), and passing qualified leads to the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and contact information.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Schedule meetings or demos between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Track and report weekly / monthly lead generation performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and target market insights.
Skills and Qualifications :
Any Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).Ability to work with targets and deadlines.Good analytical and research skills.Basic understanding of digital marketing and B2B sales processes.Performance Metrics :
