Job Description :
Baweja Media is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who is passionate about online marketing and eager to contribute to real business growth. This is a remote, full-time position offering the opportunity to lead and support digital campaigns, manage content strategies, and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.
As part of our core marketing team, you’ll play an active role in executing real campaigns, interacting with leads and clients, and driving engagement through creative strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, , Google)
- Create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns
- Develop engaging content (posts, captions, ads, creatives)
- Perform SEO / SEM tasks and analyze performance metrics
- Handle email marketing, lead generation, and follow-up processes
- Collaborate with team members to support marketing goals
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new marketing tools
