We are looking for enthusiastic individuals for the Tamil Voice Process role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in Tamil, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Document and update customer information in the system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Tamil (spoken and written) is mandatory.Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Experience in a voice process is a plus, but not mandatory for freshers.Education
