Role & Responsibilities :
- Handle customer retention voice process for Airtel services.
- Communicate effectively with customers in regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, or Malayalam) along with good English communication skills .
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain customer engagement and work on reducing churn through clear and empathetic communication.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and performance standards.
