  • Handle customer retention voice process for Airtel services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, or Malayalam) along with good English communication skills .
  • Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer engagement and work on reducing churn through clear and empathetic communication.
  • Ensure compliance with process guidelines and performance standards.
