Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and / or chat.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to an international customer base regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly, efficient, and effective support.
- Document all interactions and customer information meticulously in the system.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Adhere to all company and international standards for data privacy and customer service.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to share best practices and contribute to overall service improvement.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call handling time, chat response time, and customer satisfaction.
