We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join Toughcons Nirman Pvt. Ltd. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, payroll, and financial compliance, along with maintaining accurate records of petty cash. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Manage petty cash transactions, maintain records, and reconcile balances.
• Process payroll :
• Maintain employee attendance and salary records.
• Calculate and disburse monthly salaries, allowances, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage vendor payments, client invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors during audits.
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
