Hiring For Accountant
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain accurate records in tally including sales, purchase, expense, bank, general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer ledgers, vendor ledgers, identifying discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Processing reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings and audits.
- Communicate with owners of company and other stakeholders like consultants.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience as an Accountant.Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, journal entries and golden rules of accounting.Proficiency with accounting software like Tally and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
