Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement activities to enhance motivation and retention.
- Handle employee grievances with empathy and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes for various BPO roles.
- Conduct policy refresher trainings to ensure compliance and awareness among staff.
- Organize and execute employee welfare programs and initiatives.

- Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships and boost productivity.
Requirements
