The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling employee engagement, grievances, hiring, and welfare initiatives. This role is focused on maintaining a healthy and positive work environment while ensuring HR policies are implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities Drive employee engagement activities to enhance motivation and retention.
Handle employee grievances with empathy and ensure timely resolution.
Manage end-to-end hiring processes for various BPO roles.
Conduct policy refresher trainings to ensure compliance and awareness among staff.
Organize and execute employee welfare programs and initiatives.
Ensure smooth HR operations aligned with company policies and standards.
Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships and boost productivity.
Requirements A candidate with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a BPO setup .
Strong background in employee engagement, grievance handling, and recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and employee welfare initiatives.
