About the position :

We seek a strategic and dynamic Regional Sales Manager for the West-Central region(Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh) to lead the growth of our sales operations, drive strategic market penetration, and build lasting relationships with key healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the overall organizational vision and revenue targets
  • Translate company goals into actionable plans and achieve targets; monitor execution and ensure achievement of sales volumes in your region
  • Market and Customer Engagement
  • Forge, nurture, and deepen long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals, including endocrinologists, diabetologists, physicians
  • Represent the company at regional and national events, conferences to build brand awareness and expand the customer base
  • Develop and manage retail customers in wellness nutrition and healthcare
  • Data-Driven Management and Reporting
  • Ensure your team is implementing all company strategies, promotional plans, and product positioning directives. Balance performance tracking, compliance, strategic implementation, market feedback, and guidance
  • Analyze sales data, capture market trends, evaluate team performance, and provide concise, actionable insights for management
  • Identify and explore new avenues for expanding the market
  • Strategic Collaboration and Compliance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launch, promotional strategies, and institutional support programs in the region
  • Ensure complete adherence to company protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines in all regional operations; proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline (MBA / PGDM is an advantage)
  • Experience :

  • 5–7 years of progressive sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a diabetes background / FMHG industry, with at least 2 years in regional management or 2nd line leadership (RSM) roles.
  • Strong working relationships with key endocrinologists, diabetologists, dieticians in key hospitals, clinics, and institutions.
  • Skills :

  • Proven strategic planning and business development capability in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
  • Inspirational team leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills to guide high-performance field sales teams
  • Analytical thinking, market acumen, and decision-making based on strong sales and customer data.
  • Advanced negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Adaptability to startup culture—agility, out-of-the-box thinking, and comfort with rapid change.
