Requirements :
Master's in Business and Marketing or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from a top-tier institution7+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, preferably within the Test Prep or Education industryExceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and compositionComfortable engaging with potential clients in person, over the phone, and via emailConfident public speaker with excellent presentation and product-pitching skillsStrong business acumen; capable of clearly articulating value propositions to clientsProven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independentlyCollaborative team player, skilled in developing strategies and action plans, and sharing resultsHighly adaptable and organized; able to shift priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlinesEnergetic and self-motivated, thriving in fast-paced environmentsWillingness to attend marketing events during evenings or weekends, as neededProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and online researchPrimary Responsibilities :
Identify, qualify, and prospect new business opportunities; develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue within the assigned territoryAchieve key event metrics by attending meetings, presentations, and other engagements with targeted universities and client organizationsEstablish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at universities, medical schools, hospitals, professional associations, and related institutionsSupport and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing opportunities to expand market reach and generate new businessSchedule, coordinate, and deliver engaging product specific and other technical presentations across the assigned regionConduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities; communicate insights to the marketing management teamCollaborate with management and fellow Business Development Representatives on strategic initiatives and special projectsSkills Required
