The center focuses on areas such as design and development in mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering, software development, and additive manufacturing.
Role Overview
The Learning and OD Leader will be responsible for designing, driving, and sustaining learning, organization development, and communication strategies for Barry-Wehmiller India. In addition to building technical and behavioural capabilities, this role will ensure that team members are consistently engaged with the organization through engaging communication. The leader will develop scalable systems for leadership development, career growth, and knowledge sharing, while also shaping our brand as a GCC that is a center of excellence in information technology, Finance, content management and customer support — both within BW and within the industry.
