Key Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize, design, and implement a comprehensive Talent Management framework for senior-level employees.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to map talent pipelines, design Individual Development Plans (IDP), and Talent Cards for seniors.
- Track and ensure closure of IDPs with senior-level employees.
- Design leadership journey programs including modules, workshops, coaching, and mentoring to develop critical leadership skills.
- Understand TVSCS's BFSI business strategy, capability gaps, and regulatory / business changes to define targeted leadership interventions.
- Conduct needs analysis for leadership competencies and functional / technical skills and map future requirements.
- Identify, contract, and manage external partners to augment leadership programs while maintaining quality.
- Periodically assess the effectiveness of leadership initiatives by defining metrics, tracking outcomes, and measuring ROI.
- Report program impact, pipeline readiness, and leader effectiveness to senior leadership.
- Ensure accurate updating of attendance and feedback in relevant systems.
