Requirements
- PGDM in HR / MBA (HR Specialization preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of HR experience , with at least 5 years in Leadership Development / OD roles in growth-oriented organizations
- BFSI industry exposure is desirable
- Proven expertise in leadership development , competency frameworks , coaching , assessment tools , and OD interventions
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and business heads
- Excellent program and project management capabilities, including managing vendors, budgets, and timelines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior audiences
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive business-aligned HR initiatives
