Key Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with the brand and category teams to conceptualize and execute influencer marketing plans that set the brand apart from other skin care brands in the market.

2. Build a close-knit, strong relationship with key influencers and work with them to develop them into brand advocates.

3. Build systems and processes to track deliverables, timelines, and output across creators.

4. Own campaign calendars, timelines, and dependencies to ensure 100% on-time execution (without a drop in quality) across all platforms.

5. Partner with social media, brand, and category teams to streamline influencer activations

Experience & Qualifications :

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management, brand management, or influencer marketing or any creative management role
• Very passionate about the D2C or beauty industry OR influencer marketing
• Experience working with influencers, creators, or content-driven campaigns is NOT a must
• Creative thinker who’s also highly organized and deadline-driven
• Prior experience in a D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand is a good to have
