We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst (BA) to join our Agile digital technology team. This role acts as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, designers, and external partners, including SaaS vendors and end users across global locations. The BA will drive the delivery of scalable, high-impact enterprise solutions through clear communication, well-defined requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering :
- Engage with stakeholders and end users to research, identify, develop, and document business and system requirements.
- Facilitate ideation sessions and solution design workshops to gather input and define needs.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
Process & System Design :
Define and document business processes.Map and document data flows and system interactions to support end-to-end understanding.Design reusable, scalable components that support generalization across multiple business functions and teams.Agile Product Development :
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog following Agile methodologies.Elaborate epics into actionable user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals.Ensure full traceability of requirements through to delivery, with supporting documentation for each release.Solution Implementation Support :
Collaborate with technical teams to define, document, and validate acceptance criteria.Support the development and QA teams during implementation, ensuring solutions are built right and deliver intended business value.Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and technical innovation.Lead project management activities such as planning, scheduling, and budgeting.Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Create and maintain detailed performance and business reports.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement :
Act as a thought leader for digital transformation and Agile best practices within the team.Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve system or business issues.Prepare training materials and deliver user training as needed.Maintain a customer-centric, data-driven, and quality-focused mindset.Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field8+ years of related experience as a Business Analyst.Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Swagger.Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems and Supply Chain applications.Background in working with Enterprise Systems .Experience with microservice architecture and domain-driven design.Proven experience collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and SaaS vendors.Working knowledge of XML , FTP , ETL , APIs , and web services .Data manipulation and analysis expertise.Experience integrating multiple systems; familiarity with tools like Kafka , Boomi , and other integration platforms.Please connect with Tarun at Tarun.d@purviewservices.com to discuss about the opportunity.
