Job Description

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst preferably in manufacturing, IIoT, MES, or industrial

software.

  • Experience conducting workshops and documenting requirements for technical

    • teams.

  • Proficient in Confluence, Jira, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Added advantage

    • o Certification : CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master

    o Knowledge of OEE, MTTR, Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO 9001

    o Experience with shop-floor systems (PLC, SCADA, Historians, ERP)
