About the Role
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager – Onboarding who will lead customer onboarding journeys for newly acquired enterprise accounts. This role focuses on ensuring successful implementation, smooth go-live, and measurable customer adoption.
You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Tech teams to deliver an exceptional first experience to clients and establish the foundation for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of enterprise clients from project kickoff to go-live.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely deployment and high adoption of the solution.
- Act as the primary client contact during onboarding—facilitating communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution.
- Drive customer satisfaction and readiness metrics post-deployment.
- Track onboarding milestones, prepare status reports, and ensure value realization within the first 90 days.
- Support handover to Customer Success teams for account growth and retention.
Ideal Candidate Profile
6–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation for B2B SaaS / Tech platforms.Strong project ownership and ability to manage multiple enterprise onboarding projects simultaneously .Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate business requirements into solution-oriented onboarding plans.Strong problem-solving, presentation, and analytical abilities.
